4TH of JULY FUN at the
CASS COUNTY CELEBRATION

Above, the 'Bellyaches' painted themselves red, white and blue in honor of the 4th, but it's hard to see their paint jobs a few minutes later. Below, they're enjoying a cool shower on this steamy day.
The concession stand crew, kept the hungry crowd fed and hydrated with cold drinks all day. Left to right are Linda Brouhard, Amber Swartzbaugh, Rebecca Thomas, Sandy and Jack Prall.
The dime toss was a new event this year.
Miss 4th of July, Lexi Woodard, of Murray has a smile almost as big as her tiara!
SALUTE! Some of the Cub Scouts formed the Color Guard for the evening parade.
Alice Fales is Grand Marshal.
Miss Cass County.
We'd like to have photos of Little Mr. 4th of July, the baby contest participants, pictures of bingo, fireworks and the horseshoe pitching contests, too!
If you have any photos to share, send them our way and we'll be happy to post them here in future Newsletters. Instructions are at the bottom of the Newsletter, before the list of sponsors.
(Thanks to Gretchen King for her 'Geek Squad' photos!)
