2009 Murray Community Garage Sales
*Corrected dates in RED*
Interested in having a garage or yard sale? Please consider having it at the same time as many other Murray residents. The dates listed below have been suggested to, (hopefully), work around graduation, baseball, soccer, football, and other very busy times. Nothing works for everyone, so the ONE weekend that shows the most interest will be chosen.
Possible dates:
May 1-2 or 29-30
July 17-18
July 31-Aug 1
or
Aug 7-8
(All Fridays & Saturdays)
Feel free to suggest alternate dates.
Have your sale on either day or both, whichever you'd like.
Advertising can be very expensive. So, in all fairness, you are expected to share the cost of ads, maps, fliers and posters with a small, prepaid fee, (yet to be determined).
Clubs and organizations are welcome to join in.
(Hint: You might want to consider having a concessions stand for a fundraiser!)
Forms will be available at the Post Office, Murray State Bank and Town Hall.
Please, notify
Pat Zeigler, by April 4th,
235-2926
with any questions or comments.
MAUNDY THURSDAY SEDER MEAL

We will celebrate Maundy Thursday with a “period” meal,
a meal with food similar to that of which they shared
at the Last Supper.
There will also be a play, “Whose Cross Is It Anyway?”
Please join us!
WORSHIP AND COMMUNION WILL FOLLOW.

This grassroots movement is entirely NONPROFIT and all about people giving and receiving FREE items in their own towns.
It's all about reuse and keeping good reusables out of landfills.
Please help to keep our earth clean and green!
