Traditionally, this day was set aside to honor the men and women who died while serving in the U.S. military, although millions also visit the final resting places of many loved ones, young or old, whether they served or not.

As you pay respects to those you have loved and lost, please be safe this holiday weekend, the unofficial start of summer.

Remember that the post office, most financial institutions, federal and state offices will be closed on Monday.
