CONSERVE WATER!

January 12, 2010 -

Many Murray residents have noticed a dramatic decrease in water pressure the past couple of days.  Our village maintenance department has located a main break and is working hard to get it fixed as quickly as possible.

Please be very conservative in your water use, especially until the proper repairs have been done, as the water tower is emptying quickly.

Your wise water usage is appreciated and will help out everyone in town!

Animal License tag shall be affixed to a collar or harness and must be worn by the animal at all times when off the owners premises. 

LET'S GO SLEDDING!

On Tuesday, December 15, 2009, the Murray Village Board decided that
Park Street, (the road directly parallel to Young Memorial Park on the south side), will be barricaded so the hill can be used for sledding. For the safety of the sledders, NO motorized vehicles are to be on Park Street during those times.

So, call some friends and grab your sleds, then head for the hill up by the tennis courts for a great time! (Always remember to use the 'buddy system' when sledding, in case of emergencies.)
