  The Murray, Nebraska Board of Trustees met in regular session on Tuesday, June 9, 2015, at 7:00 pm in the Murray Municipal Building. Present: Trustees: Bill Johnson, Debbie Newhouse, Stan Flak, Mike Gillott, Absent: George Blessing; Village Clerk Eileen Murdoch; attending: guests.

Notice of the meeting was given in advance thereof by posting in (3) three public places as shown by the certificate attached to these minutes. Notice of the meeting was simultaneously given to the Chairman and all members of the Board of Trustees. Their acknowledgement of receipt of notice and agenda is attached to these minutes. All proceedings thereafter were taken while the convened meeting was open to the attendance of the public.

Chairman Johnson called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM and informed the audience of the location of the open meetings act poster.

Motion by Newhouse, seconded by Gillott to approve the minutes of the May 12, 2015, regular meeting; ayes: Johnson, Newhouse, Gillott, Flak; Absent: Blessing, motion carried.

Motion by Newhouse, seconded by Flak to acknowledge receipt of the Treasurer's report; ayes: Johnson, Newhouse, Gillott, Flak; Absent: Blessing, motion carried.

Motion by Newhouse, seconded by Flak to approve claims as revised; ayes: Johnson, Newhouse, Gillott, Flak; Absent: Blessing, motion carried.

Trustee Blessing entered the meeting at 7:04 PM.

Maintenance Report.

Hearing for Special Use Permit, 104 E. McKelvie Road. Motion by Blessing, seconded by Newhouse to open the hearing for the special use permit for a concrete recycling plant at 104 E. McKelvie Road, Murray, NE; ayes: Johnson, Newhouse, Blessing, Gillott, Flak, motion carried. Motion by Blessing seconded by Gillott to close the hearing at 7:39 PM. Motion by Flak seconded by Newhouse to approve the Special Use Permit for the concrete recycling at 104 E. McKelvie Road; ayes: Johnson, Newhouse, Blessing, Gillott, Flak, motion carried.

Review Franchise Agreement, Spiral Communications, comments.

Update on nuisance trailer houses on High Street and Davis Ave.; Berner.

Transfer $63,671.79 from Capital Improvement Fund into Park Fund for park equipment. Motion by Blessing, seconded by Flak to transfer $63,671.79 from the Capital Improvement Fund into the Park Fund; ayes: Johnson, Newhouse, Blessing, Gillott, Flak; motion carried.

Motion by Blessing seconded by Newhouse to adjourn the meeting at 7:59 PM; ayes: Johnson, Newhouse, Blessing, Gillott, Flak, motion carried.
